Annie Mist Thorisdottir, a CrossFit professional athlete hailing from Reykjavik Iceland. She is the owner and operator of Crossfit Reykjavik in Iceland, where she trains athletes. Annie was the first female ever to be crowned winner of CrossFit Games on two occasions. The CrossFit Games were her second place CrossFit Games in 2010 and in 2014. Annie Thorisdottir was an Icelanders weightlifter CrossFit champion and media celebrity. She won CrossFit Games 2011 and 2012 twice as the first women. In 2013, and in 2017 she took home the Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie together with her both her parents and siblings was birthed to Reykjavik Iceland. Being a sports and fitness enthusiast since an early age, she took part in numerous school competitions and also won numerous awards. The first time she competed was in CrossFit in California in 2009. Her performance was good at her very first games. Annie Thorisdottir is, as of 2021, is aged 31. She stands at 5'7" tall, and weighs about 67 kg. Annie started her CrossFit journey in California in 2009. She did well on her first games, finishing with the top 10 in the rankings. But she did not win any title she ended her tournament in the 11th position. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. The same year, under Jami's direction, she was awarded the silver medal at the CrossFit Games. After one year of CrossFit Games, Annie won her first CrossFit Games. Her dominant performance earned her the title. Annie was again victorious at her place in the CrossFit Games in 2012 due to her outstanding performance. She was the first female athlete to win twice in CrossFit Games at once. In addition, in 2014 she won a silver medal as well as in 2021, she was awarded the bronze medal at CrossFit Games. Annie is currently a coach and trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik, which she created. Annie's rise in popularity as an athlete has led her to become the face of many brands in sports, like Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Rennaisance Periodization Nuunhydration-Sidekick Yerb. Her own Youtube page is awash with over 1000 users, posting the videos of her family and trips as well as training diets.
